Community Forms      Here you can download or view our community forms. They can be mailed to the community building, left in the black drop box loacated by the front door of the community building, or given to the community secretary during office hours. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader which can be downloaded here.  Application for Design Approval - Use this form to obtain approval for changes made to the exterior of your home.. GCA Building Rental Agreement - This form must be filled out to rent the Glenshire community building.  All events must be limited to 30 guests. Building Rules and Regulations - View this document to see the terms to which one must agree to for community building rentals. Building Checklist - This checklist must be completed by all authorized users of the Community Building after each use. Building Rental Packet - This packet contains all of the information and forms required for building rental. Vacation Watch - Use this form if you plan on being away from your home for several days to have Security monitor your property New Pool Relase/Waiver of Liability and Access Aregment and Pool Rules Agrement and Keycard Application and Renewal Instructions Packet - This packet contains all of the agrements and forms needed. Fill these agrements out along with the Keycard Application and Renewal Instructions and drop it off at the Comunity Building with your fees. $20 for new application. Water Aerobics - Use this form to signup for Water Aerobics Classes at the West pool.
